Each capsule contains Oenothera biennis (evening primrose oil) seed 500 mg standardized to contain 300 mg linoleic acid and 40 mg gamma-linolenic acid and vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol from soy) 10 mg AT (15 IU). Non-medicinal Ingredients: Oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, gelatin, glycerin and water.

Suggestion Directions: ADULTS: Take one capsule, two to three times daily.
